Delete your Serene account

You can delete your account and all of its data at any time.

In the app (fastest)

  1. Open Serene and tap your profile picture (top right).
  2. Tap Delete account.
  3. Type DELETE and tap Delete forever.

This immediately deletes your profile, settings, goals, notes, mood history, usage records, invite code and subscription record, and your sign-in account. Your journal lives only on your phone and is removed from it too.

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play settings.

Without the app

Email support@serene.day from the email address you signed up with, asking us to delete your account. We'll confirm it's you, delete everything listed above within 30 days, and let you know when it's done.

Copies in encrypted backups are overwritten within about 30 days. Purchase records kept by Apple or Google are covered by their own policies.
